In 2016, ROKA developed a new Cheese Crispies variant, with a much-loved cheese from the Alps, namely Emmental. The Emmental cheeses have characteristic eyes, large holes that make this cheese the well-known hole cheese. The taste of this cheese is a mix of sweet and salty, which is reflected in the taste of these ROKA Emmental cheese biscuits, which also consist of 90 refined layers of puff pastry.
