Cheese Crispies Parmigiano Reggiano is a ROKA variant, made with 20% 24-month matured Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. One of the special properties of this cookie is its sweet aromatic taste. Of course, this cheese biscuit is just as crispy as all other ROKA products. The recipe was developed together with the Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano and of course only real PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is used in our Cheese Crispies.
