ROKELIN is a family business founded in 1975 with a clear objective, to produce ham and sausage of the highest quality. Our specialty is the Teruel Denomination of Origin Ham, with which we have achieved the highest score in the Peñín Guide, to achieve the highest quality we salt our hams one by one by hand and dry them naturally in our drying room at more than 900 m altitude, giving them a minimum cure of 18 months. All our sausages are made with lean pork from the designation of origin and natural casings.
