HOW TO COOK WITH THIS PRODUCT: When using meat, use the whole jar and slowly braise until soft and falling off the bone. When using vegetables, use a few tablespoons; fish or shellfish, use about 1/3 of the jar. Other ways of cooking: add to risottos or hummus. Shake well before using.
