This barbecue sauce is made from our family recipe. It is made with pineapple and Christmas spices like star anise and nutmeg. It is fruity and tropical with a peppery bite. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT - Use as a marinade with your choice of meat, fish, shellfish, or vegetables - Use as a dipping sauce - Use as a glaze - Add into stews for a smoky barbecue flavour HOW MUCH PRODUCT TO USE When marinading, make sure you have a good coating but not swimming in the sauce. As you grill or barbecue, continue to glaze with the used marinade. STORAGE Unopened in a cupboard. Refrigerate once opened. Shake well before using
