Our Salsa contains 82% of rescued ingredients. By-products of our Salsa production were upcycled into our Tomato Seasoning, our Onion Seasoning, and our Candied Citrus Peels. Ingredients. Tomato, onion, pepper, vinegar, chili, lemon juice, sugar, oregano, xanthan (0,03%). This is a vegan + gluten-free product.
