It is an Asturian bean as exclusive as it is excellent. Small and flat in size, this bean owes its name to its beautiful emerald green color. We make our organic legumes always with raw material of national origin (Spain) and in a very traditional way and that is what you can see: very tender, the skin is not noticeable, the flavor is natural and clear of legumes and only legumes.
