From the Cantabrian coast they bring us the best Bonitos del Norte (thunnus alalunga) caught one by one, we make them fresh and bottle them in olive oil. The loins are natural cuts of the fish and not molded from crumbs or the like. The artisan preparation is noticeable: juicy, tender loins and with a touch of olive oil. They are also low in salt, only 0.13g per 100g. of product.
