Taking our famous tomato sauce as a base, we make this bolognese “our way”. Sauteed tomato with onion, mushrooms, garlic and green pepper to which we add pork and beef in equal parts plus a light touch of spices and sherry wine. It is not acidic or "tastes like a boat" and also with only 6% fat and low in salt: 0.36 gr. for every 100 gr. of product.
