The black currants from Mönchpfiffel Monastery (www.moenchpfiffel.de ») are the basis of the currant liqueur. After a few months of ripening in the tank, it was seasoned with fine raw cane sugar. The result was a very fruity and slightly bitter liqueur, which is also reminiscent of red berries. Contains alcohol 16% vol
