We are an artisanal chocolate factory, 13 people, with a very good production capacity (around 100 tons).
Based in the heart of Normandy (Epaignes - Eure), we manufacture delicious chocolate candies, tiles, beggars, Florentines ... and we distribute our products on a premium market segment, in an excellent quality-price ratio.
We only work with Barry Callebaut / Cacao Barry Blanket.
Our main and long-standing clientele remains the Boulangeries Pâtisseries network and the gourmet grocery networks.
We also work in subcontracting, with recipes and tailor-made packaging for many years for very beautiful Houses such as Maison Boissier in Paris.
