Truffles 55 gr Geinmacha

Raw cocoa truffles 100% vegetable and without added sugar and in these truffles it is quite simply the date that comes to sweeten the cocoa. This recipe is inspired by Japanese culture where Geinmacha is a green tea mixed with toasted grains of rice. We subtly used puffed rice, green tea and macha to create a truffle as intense as it is delicious.
