RUM Arranged Truffles (100gr)

The perfume of Rum being brought by infusion, this chocolate contains only traces of alcohol. The small cube of raw cocoa resists a little to the bite before letting it melt. By melting it delivers one by one all the flavors it contains. A few nibs of cocoa crackle under the teeth and bring a final note of pure cocoa. The raw cocoa beans (unroasted Peruvian Criollo) are slowly ground with a stone grindstone with the other ingredients, 100% vegetable and essentially raw. This mixture is then cut into small cubes, covered with cocoa powder.
