We at RÜBBELBERG are bringing eggnog back in a new splendor – contemporary and high quality. With a unique recipe, we focus on sustainability and authenticity and only use ingredients from 100% organic farming, which are produced fairly, species-appropriate and under strict quality standards.
RÜBBELBERG stands for homemade eggnog – only now you can buy it very conveniently. Based on the classic recipe, we refine our liqueur with real organic bourbon vanilla, with each bottle containing almost a whole pod of the noble spice. The natural sweetness of vanilla allows us to reduce the otherwise high amount of sugar in eggnog. In addition, a hint of lime gives our liqueur a fresh, light note.
Our roots are in Berlin, but we consciously source our ingredients where we can find the best quality and sustainability – from organic eggs from German family farms to Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The alcohol comes from a southern German family distillery that supplies us with sustainable organic grain, rounding off the perfect, fine taste.
