Sabores Sierra de Madrid was born as a family business in Colmenar Viejo, our hometown, where its nature, its fauna and its livestock have a great influence on our day to day.
We are a family that have a similar philosophy of life: love for tradition, for the countryside and for nature. Enterprising people with a desire to do things well, taking care of every detail of what we do.
We maintain the artisanal elaboration with which we made our sausages, for several decades, before deciding to commercialize them.
Our meats come from animals that are controlled in their feeding, breeding, as well as in their health status, thanks to this, we achieve that our products contain a low fat content, a lot of protein and a low energy value.
The consumption of this type of sausages is highly recommended and healthy!
The cuttings are made with food safety protocols; We have our own facilities that are prepared to comply with current quality regulations at national and European level.
Our chorizos are 100% natural, do not contain any type of preservative, in all the varieties that we have: game (roe deer, wild boar and deer), Iberian pork or veal. Gluten free and lactose free.
We are also pioneers in the production of chorizo, salchichón, fuet and cecina de Ternera I.G.P. from the Sierra de Guadarrama, meat of recognized prestige by the Community of Madrid.
