Marc's brandy, 100% Burgundy pinot noir, aging in stainless steel vats for 12 months.  Rich nose, assertive character initially focused on raisins to open up with jasmine and pine resin.  On the palate, Le Marc Blanc is lively and precise.  The stem of the grape and the fruit are expressed with frankness.  The finish is long and delicious while leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.  Ideal for bringing Marc up to date in the bar world.
