SAB'S LE GIN PINOT Burgundy Junipers & Pinot Noir Steam distillation. Maceration of juniper berries and 15 other aromatic plants in grain alcohol from the lands of France. Maceration of marc from Pinot Noir de Bourgogne grapes. 3 months minimum rest in stainless steel vats. Hand-laid wax cap. Retail For the Gin Pinot, we infused marc from Pinot Noir grapes, the King of Burgundy grape varieties. These few days of infusion of the grapes have brought a real winemaker signature to this new gin as well as a characteristic color of the great red wines of Burgundy. On the palate, there are notes of red fruits that mingle with juniper and the 15 other herbs that make up the recipe for Sab's Le Gin.
