Saclà had to revisit its recipe and in 2011 launched an even more traditional pesto that reconnected with its origins: pesto alla genovese. The production process is always the same: freshly picked basil, parmesan (grana padano and pecorino romano), cashew nuts and pine nuts, sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil and we get the creamy and tasty pesto alla genovese!
