We are a young couple of farmers, Jaume and Magda, dedicated to recovering saffron cultivation in Montsec (Unesco World Geopark). The recovery of this crop, which for centuries was so representative of Catalonia due to its excellent quality, is linked to the recovery of a distinctive craft production process in this mountain area.
Recovering this traditional, artisanal and unique process has allowed us to obtain the purest and best quality variety of saffron: Category 1 Ecological Coupé Saffron. Produced through homegrown cultivation, 100% natural, organic and certified quality according to ISO 3632.
Our saffron is also included in the Slow Food Ark of Taste catalog and has obtained important international recognition.
During the harvest we open our doors so that our clients, with total transparency, have the opportunity to see and experience our production process in first person.
