Christopher works with his father Michel Baur, an organic saffron producer in France since 2012 in the Chaîne des Puys (UNESCO World Heritage Site), in the Parc des Volcans.
Recognized as a "Quality Artisan Producer" by the Culinary College of France since 2018, Safran des Volcans offers organic and vintage saffron.
