Ultrasonic Repellent for Mice and Rats

HOW IT WORKS Laboratory research has shown that ultrasonic sound waves affect the nervous and auditory systems of mice, rats and dormice, causing them pain and discomfort. With a sound pressure of 2x130 dB the animals will abandon their food source, water and shelter and leave. These high intensity sound waves are beyond the hearing range of humans and most pets such as dogs, cats, fish, birds and farm animals. The deterrent does not interfere with televisions, radios, burglar alarms, fire or smoke detectors, pacemakers, hearing aids or other electronic devices, and does not harm plants. Once connected the red LED (on the front) will indicate that the deterrent is working correctly. ANDequipped with a TEST button (on the back), by pressing and holding this button, the sound frequencies emitted adapt to human hearing and simulate what mice, rats and dormice hear. In this way we can understand the disturbance they are subjected to. The device works at different frequency cycles: the effectiveness of the device is in fact given by the emission of ultrasounds at variable frequencies (30-50 Khz) diffused and amplified by the two speakers. The control knob allows you to vary the speed of the cycles. USE AND MAINTENANCE Please read this manual carefully to understand all the features of the device and avoid errors in use, and keep it for future reference. Where to place the device - When installing the deterrent for the first time, turn the knob all the way to the right or left. Every month or so, move the knob just a little in the opposite direction. -By pressing the TEST button before and after the adjustment you will be able to hear the slight difference in the speed of the frequency cycles. The effects of the deterrent will be noticeable after a few days. -The infestation should be gone within 4-6 weeks, freeing you from the nuisance animals. Leave the deterrent on as a preventative measure throughout the year, day and night.
