SAPOREA was born from an innate passion for vinegar, fruit and aromatic herbs; My name is Milco, I grew up in the belief that what I eat or take is crucial for my health. With my wife Giovanna we founded SAPOREA, an agricultural company that cultivates fruit trees and aromatic herbs in the Veronese plain without pesticides to make healthy condiments.
Our vinegar is distinguished from the industrial one, in addition to the quality of the raw materials, for the natural production method that we call slow spontaneous acetification: The industry forces the acetification process with machinery and chemistry; we let nature take its course, thus obtaining a vinegar with all the properties of fruits and all the beneficial components that are formed in spontaneous acetification
