With its subtly toasted malts and floral hops, this light and thirst-quenching Kölsch-style lager has a beautiful balance and a gentle bitterness. Alc: 5% 100% French hops 100% local malts ROQUEPERTUSE Blonde is a beer inspired by the German Kölsch style, brewed around Cologne. Its uniqueness lies in its Ale-type yeast which produces a beer with fine aromas close to Lagers. This makes it a crisp blonde with subtle hoppy notes from Strisselspalt, the quintessential French noble hop. Brewed with cereals grown in the south of France, we are proud to offer you local beers that reflect our beautiful Provence. The hops we use are grown in our French terroir, particularly in Alsace and the south of France. Our beers draw their identity from both the Provençal soil and our rich French terroir, with the aim of producing in a short circuit, zero waste and limiting intermediaries as much as possible. The richness of our agriculture is fully expressed in the products we offer you.
