The alcohol-free ROQUEPERTUSE IPA is a beer offering a lovely freshness on the palate with its herbal and lemony aromas. Its slightly resinous bitterness makes it particularly thirst-quenching. Alc. 0.5% 100% French Hops 100% Local Malts This alcohol-free beer is produced naturally using yeasts selected for short fermentation. It therefore does not go through a dealcoholization process, and thus retains all of its aromatic potential. Organic Alsatian hops Mistral and Elixir are added to this alcohol-free IPA beer in late and dry hopping. This allows them to express their full potential. Brewed with cereals grown in the south of France, we are proud to offer you local beers that reflect our beautiful Provence. The hops we use are grown in our French terroir, particularly in Alsace and the south of France. Our beers draw their identity from both the Provençal soil and our rich French terroir, with the aim of producing in a short circuit, zero waste and limiting intermediaries as much as possible. The richness of our agriculture is fully expressed in the products we offer you.
