Professional retraining in order to realign my personal values with my professional values, starting with the choice of the name Olaya which is a first name that is close to my heart.
I created my Artisanal Cannery in summer 2023, to offer Original and Traditional Recipes in my own way, promoting Local Producers and working together.
I source locally and organically as much as possible, failing that French or Fair Trade for most of my ingredients, then I cook everything artisanally with affection in my laboratory in Frontignan (34).
I'm regularly working on new recipes!
