Plum & Ginger Jam 200g

Plum & Ginger artisanal jam made by hand and slowly cooked in a cauldron. The plum season goes from July to October, which gives us time to concoct delicious recipes. Our plum jam recipe contains ground ginger which gives it a unique and slightly spicy taste. Plums and ginger are an ideal pairing and taste remarkably good. Plums so sweet, are warmed by the warm and spicy notes of ginger. You can taste our Plum & Ginger jam on toast, on pancakes but also on a white cheese on which you can add some dried fruits.
