Périgord walnut mustard 200g

Artisanal mustard with Périgord walnuts, made in our workshop, with walnuts from our walnut grove. Mustard with a creamy texture and a delicious taste of nuts. Our walnut mustard is handcrafted in our Périgord workshop. We use brown mustard seeds and the wine vinegar we also make. The nuts we use are grown in our walnut grove, where sheep play the role of natural shearers. We collect and shell by hand, to keep beautiful kernels. These walnut kernels are reduced to powder and are used to decorate the mustard. Our walnut mustard gives a refined taste to your vinaigrettes and enhances the taste of grilled meats. In a potato salad, add walnuts, a few bacon bits and fresh mushrooms. Season with a Périgord walnut mustard sauce and voila.
