The combination of salt and the pungent and fruity flavors of chilli go wonderfully with all everyday dishes. This blend of sea salt and our chili strain releases delicate notes of ripe tomatoes, dried hay and bell pepper on the palate. We use our pepper that we grow in our field, like a pepper to spice up a dish and enhance its aromas. The harmony is ideal on grilled vegetables, fish or meat, as a topping on a tomato salad, on fresh cheese toast or vegetable purée.
