Anchoïade - Spreadable

The anchoio * (anchoïade) is a Provençal aperitif cream made from anchovies. It can be used hot or cold on canapes or toast. Anchoïade is also delicious with raw vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, celery, radish, tomatoes…). It is also delicious as an accompaniment to raw vegetables. As a main course: it will be excellent as a tart base!
