Friends for over 20 years, Pierre-Emmanuel and Xavier grew up together in Normandy. Their ambition is to bring up to date the first alcoholic drink consumed in the life of any young self-respecting Norman: Cider.
Driven by the desire to offer a quality French artisanal product and by the desire to return to the roots, they wish to promote a product that is resolutely modern but forgotten despite its many energetic and taste qualities.
Backed by a cellar master with recognized know-how, Pierre-Emmanuel and Xavier have been maturing their project for over a year, which is now culminating in the launch of SASSY, the first contemporary brand of cider made in France.
