Flavors of Madagascar is the story of a meeting between Sylvano and Martin. One is a vanilla farmer in Madagascar, and the other a student in France. During a 6-month internship that Martin had the chance to do in Madagascar, Sylvano suggested that he create a short vanilla sales circuit in France. And a few months later, Saveurs de Madagascar was born!
We offer you vanilla pods of exceptional quality. The pods measure between 18 and 21 cm and are fleshy and very fatty. They are ideal for your recipes and pastries.
The pods have been tested and approved by many French pastry chefs who use them daily.
We are also committed to growing our vanilla without pesticides, respecting workers and the short supply chain that has been set up allows us to ensure fair remuneration for Malagasy producers.
