The vineyard benefits from its sunshine on the plateau, then the wind and the limestone give it its aerial character. Aromatic nose, toasted at the opening, then nuanced with ripe fruits (cherry, plum, blackberry), mineral and floral hint. Gourmet mouth with supple tannins, beautiful fruitiness.
