It was prompted by the need to express what the soul fails to qualify.

The stork, muse of birth, the Pyrenees, protectors, cradle of a secular tradition.
400 years after Henri IV, in 1964 Pierre-Yves Latrille, a visionary spirit, planted the first plots of vines against the current of massive uprooting at the time.
Since then, Château Jolys has built a reputation as a vineyard with a unique character, producing fine wines, imbued with elegance and delicacy.
Fifty years later, the Château acted on its ambition for renewal when it was bought by Michel Boutin. An entrepreneur passionate about wine, his ambition is to lead this vineyard to the peak of its art.
