DE-ÖKO-006 Our green, pitted organic olives of the Amphissa variety are grown in the Lamia region, in central Greece. Their taste is aromatic and fruity. They are harvested at the beginning of October, in an immature green state, deseeded and naturally debittered (in a sea salt and vinegar brine). This debittering process can take several weeks. They are then filled into glasses together with the brine. 100% natural product in organic quality, without pasteurization, without dyes or preservatives. Ideal as a starter, with salads, on pizzas, in sauces or with pasta.
