Schell Schokoladen is a 4th generation family business and has specialized in the manufacture of high-quality chocolate products. The cocoa comes from small cooperatives in Central and South America. Only flavored cocoas are processed. The QR code on the boards shows which cooperative the cocoa for the chocolate comes from. We deliberately only work a little with seals because they do not meet our requirements. The Schell name stands for direct trade, fairness, ecological ingredients and craftsmanship. We use local products such as B. Oat powder from Baden-Württemberg for our vegan chocolate. The sugar comes from our region. The chocolate is made by hand from the bean - i.e. "Bean to Bar".
