Fine Mediterranean almonds covered in milk chocolate from Peru. Refined with fine spices of cinnamon and cardamom – uniquely delicious. The almonds from the Mediterranean are slowly roasted to enhance their unique aroma. Then let it cool down and sort out the damaged almonds by hand. This manual work serves to preserve the quality of the product, as such almonds can cause further damage during the coating process. During the coating process, they are covered layer by layer with exclusive chocolate from Peru. Once the desired layer thickness is reached, a spice mixture with cinnamon and cardamom is added.
