Organic Dry Onion 100g

Organic dried onion - 100 g pack With a solar dryer we preserve the excess vegetables produced by a network of organic gardens in central Italy.

 How to use organic dry onions: - as a spice at the end of cooking or added to salads - as an aperitif eat raw, sweet and sour or fried - hydrated as an ingredient or added during cooking Recipe: Onion farinata Pour 300 ml of water into 150 g of chickpea flour without forming lumps. 

Add the Secco Bio onion, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. 

Mix well and wait 30 minutes. 

Pour the mixture onto an oiled baking tray and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
