Jera 5 STRN Project

Born from the collaboration between Projet JERA and Pascal Leonetti, Best Sommelier of France 2006, this is a unique whisky. From a Grand Cru Grain & Malt composed of 85% grain and 15% malt, aged in Sauternes wine barrels for a minimum of 4-5 months. Unchill-filtered and natural in color, each numbered bottle reflects exceptional craftsmanship. Nose: Camphor and balsamic scents mingle with orange blossom. Aeration reveals notes of cereal, apricot, fresh fruit, coconut and bourbon vanilla. Palate: A soft attack, with aromas of orange blossom, fresh fruit, coconut, bourbon vanilla, underlined by balsamic and camphor fragrances. Finish: Long, marked by apricot, coconut and bourbon vanilla.
