JERA Project, in collaboration with Pascal Leonetti, Best Sommelier of France 2006, offers you this Pomerol 3 Year Old whisky, a Grand Cru Grain & Malt composed of 70% grain and 30% malt. Aged in Pomerol wine barrels for a minimum of 3-4 months, this non-chill-filtered, naturally coloured whisky is individually numbered to guarantee its authenticity. Nose: Smells of spices like cinnamon and cloves, accompanied by vanilla. Aeration reveals touches of cereals, tobacco and peat. Palate: A firm attack, with notes of spices, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, cereals, tobacco and peat. Finish: Captivating, with lingering aromas of tobacco and peat.
