Intense flavor and aroma, with a delicate balance of salt. With a medium curing, it is a good quality piece for those who like a balanced piece of curing and salt. PAIRING We recommend opting for a white wine, a fine delicate or a fresh manzanilla, which intensify the flavor and cleanse the palate to properly savor each slice. However, despite the trends, we should not rule out the possibility of a red wine, a young one that does not interfere with the uptake of the ham in the mouth.
