Flannel pillowcase dark grey

Info: The first number in the size specification always stands for the side with the button placket. Just like our bed linen, our flannel pillowcases are made from 100% cotton. The fabric is roughened to obtain the typical soft structure of flannel. This makes this bed linen incomparably soft and warm without being heavy. origin and processing Our sustainable fabrics come from Portugal. They are further processed in our manufactory in Bielefeld. Over 180 years of experience have made us true masters in textile processing. The quality of our bed linen is therefore incomparable. Thread-straight cuts, tear-resistant seams and handmade thread buttons are the standard for us. We do not accept anything less than perfect with our own products and that is exactly what our customers love: bed linen that is still like new even after 100 years. Buttons instead of zippers Many bedding manufacturers use zippers and admittedly; First of all, this seems very practical. However, we rely on thread buttons. Because if you use buttons instead of zippers, the air can circulate in your bed linen and thus remove moisture better. Because let's face it (even if that doesn't sound romantic) - it's natural to sweat during your sleep. However, so that this does not disturb your sleeping comfort, it is important that your bed linen can "breathe". In addition, zippers are made of plastic and are prone to failure. So they are not particularly sustainable. Our thread buttons, however - made by hand - are plastic-free and unbreakable thanks to a small metal ring. A button may be a small fine detail, but that is exactly what makes the difference in quality. Flannel bedding is easy to care for. You can simply put them in the washing machine at up to 60° degrees in the wash cycle for delicates with mild detergent and fabric softener. Just make sure to turn the bedding inside out and set the machine to a maximum of 600 revolutions per minute. This is how you prevent the flannel from forming knots, also known as pilling. 3 steps to more sustainability Our sustainable fabrics come from Portugal. They are processed in our manufactory in Bielefeld. Made to Order: Overproduction often leads to goods being thrown away. Hard to believe, but in fact one can assume that 10% of the goods from conventional manufacturers are never sold but thrown away. That has little to do with sustainability. Therefore we produce according to the order occurrence. So we don't throw anything away. Since we do not accept anything less than perfect in our own products, you always receive the highest quality and it is particularly durable. It is not uncommon for customers to tell us that our bed linen is still perfect after more than 50 years. So if you buy one of our manufactured products, you can do without many others. This not only reduces your effort, but also reduces your ecological footprint. 100% cotton
