Our family-run farm mainly produce extra virgin olive oil and durum wheat pasta with all of our products being locally produced under our SelvaGiurata® brand.
Half of our land is located in the beautiful Sentina Regional Nature Reserve, while the other half is located on nearby Monte Renzo. Both very close to the sea.
We exclusively mill our olive oil from Italian and local varieties of olives that we harvest at the beginning of their maturation process. We mill our olives within eight hours of harvesting them so that their flavours and fragrances are intensified.
The result is a non-filtered, extra virgin olive oil that features rich, fruity flavours and aromas.
Our wheat is grown exclusively on our lands. We grow a single traditional, rustic variety of wheat, meaning greater sustainability for us as producers, but also for our clients, who will enjoy healthy, flavoursome pasta with high nutritional value.
All our pasta is glyphosate free.
