Orders contain twelve 500g packages of pasta for a total shipping weight of approximately 6 kg. ARTISANAL PASTA Our Italian, durum wheat, semolina pasta is bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Each package weighs 500g. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water Allergens: gluten We produce durum wheat semolina pasta that is 100% made from wheat grown on our fields. Our durum wheat is grown exclusively in our farm production areas in San Benedetto del Tronto, 75% of which are located in the Sentina Regional Nature Reserve. Our orchard register shows our reduced use of fertilization and treatments guaranteeing a natural, simple, healthy durum wheat. Our artisan pasta is entirely handcrafted using fresh water from the Sibillini Mountains and our SelvaGiurata® durum wheat. The pasta is bronze-drawn so that its surface is rough and porous, helping it to blend perfectly with any sauces it is cooked with. The low-temperature (45° Celsius) and very slow drying process guarantee that the semolina’s natural characteristics, flavor and fragrance are all maintained.
