PRODUCER OF ANTI-WASTE FRUIT JUICE IN ALSACE
Our reason for being is found in our name: we take the “ugly” to make the “good” out of it. The ugly ones are the fruits and vegetables that you don't find on your store shelves; those who are judged to be too big, too small or too misshapen. The beauty contest in which they participate is called “food grading”, and 15% of the fruits and vegetables produced are not included. And since these fruits and vegetables are just as fruits and just as vegetables as the others, using them to make good juices is our way of getting involved and avoiding food waste.
At Moi Moche et Bon we are convinced that it is entirely possible to have fun while consuming responsibly.
Fruit and that's it
Our juices are pressed in an artisanal way in an Alsatian press. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, naturally rich in vitamins, are cold pressed then pasteurized in order to preserve all the taste and maximum nutrients. No additives, no colorings, no preservatives, no added sugar. We produce 100% natural artisanal and local fruit juices in Strasbourg.
Some of our fruits and vegetables come from organic and sustainable farming, which allows us to offer you classic juices, juices in transition to organic farming as well as certified ORGANIC juices.
