SARDINES with honey

Our small, colorful sardines are made from a sweet paste made from local “all-flower” honey, rich in flavor.   Once detailed one by one, using a cookie cutter, and fired, they will be enhanced using multi-colored royal icing. Artisanal manufacturing, 100% handmade, makes our little sardines unique biscuits with a very varied range of colors depending on the production.
