Sessa Tartufi's Summer Black Truffle Cream embraces tradition, finely grinding the truffle together with extra-virgin olive oil and salt. Truffle cream is extremely versatile, ideal for first courses such as tagliatelle and risotto or for red meat dishes. You can also use it to prepare quick appetizers by spreading it on croutons, fried polenta or to fill canapés for a special aperitif. Ingredients: Black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), extra virgin olive oil, flavouring, salt. Expiration: 24 months. Storage of the finished product in non-humid environments at room temperature. After opening, store the product in a dry place and consume within 5 days.
