The dressing based on extra-virgin olive oil with white truffle from Sessa Tartufi, one of our absolute excellences. We only use high quality Italian extra virgin olive oil. Among the many oils tested during the selection, we chose the one with the least fruity and most neutral flavor in order to maximize the aroma and flavor of the white truffle.
