The White Truffle Sauce with prized white truffle from Sessa Tartufi is a sauce with a refined and unmistakable taste of the "tuber Magnatum pico". It can be consumed at room temperature or heated. The seasoning goes very well with Parmigiano Reggiano, cream and bechamel or in filling first courses, roasts and tartare. Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Hortensis), extra virgin olive oil, white truffle (tuber albidum pico) 5%, flavouring, salt, garlic, parsley, white truffle (tuber magnatum pico) 0.5%. Expiration: 30 months. Storage of the finished product in non-humid environments at room temperature. After opening, store the product in a dry place and consume within 5 days.
