Sessa Tartufi's Summer Black Truffle Truffle Sauce, tasty and easy to use, is the right combination of the best champignon mushrooms and our summer truffle. The fruit of an ancient family recipe, it expresses all its authenticity, without the addition of preservatives and artificial colourings. Excellent to use as a condiment for crostini, pasta or rice, pizza, scallops and roast beef. Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Hortensis), extra virgin olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.)5%, flavouring, salt, garlic, parsley. Expiration: 30 months. Storage of the finished product in non-humid environments at room temperature. After opening, store the product in a dry place and consume within 5 days.
