Manual : STEP 1: Place Perfect Smile in a cup of boiling water for two minutes. 
This makes them flexible and ready to custom fit your existing teeth. 
Remove with a spoon or fork when the impression material becomes clear and soft. 
If the impression material is not soft, warm the water. 
Warning: "Perfect Smile" will be hot. 
Wait 10-15 seconds before handling. ÉSTEP 2: In front of a mirror, firmly position Perfect Smile on your existing upper teeth. 
Press the Perfect Smile firmly against your teeth. 
Gently tap the impression material with your thumbs behind your real teeth. ÉSTEP 3: After 30 seconds, gently remove the Perfect Smile from your mouth. 
Place the Perfect Smile in a glass of cold water to cool it. 
The impression material turns white when properly cured. 
Try the Perfect Smile. 
Feel free to remake the mold as many times as you like until you get the perfect, custom fit.
